The Goerdeler-Kolleg fellowship program further qualifies the next generation of executives from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine in the field of good governance and thus fosters responsible action in the public sector (public administration, public companies, non-profit organizations, etc.).
The Kolleg is named after the administrative lawyer and member of the German resistance Carl Friedrich Goerdeler (1884–1945).
The Kolleg enables you to gain further qualification in seminars and actively participate in discussions and project workshops, establish contacts in Germany, the EU and participants’ countries, and contribute to the development of good governance and administrative reforms.
The program is comprised of four elements:
